Salt, Sugar, Fat: How the Food Giants Hooked Us

by Michael Moss

A marvelous resource for anyone interested in knowing more about the food industry and the role of — and often the battle between — salt, sugar, and fat in many of the processed foods we love to eat. This book won’t tell you what to do, but will give you the knowledge to make your own informed decisions. Moss’ investigative reporting provides a wealth of insight and empowerment.

Register online through our class schedule. The Book Club is free for all members. Send all inquiries to Mary (mdrive@palmhealth.com).
