The Basics of Building Muscle

It’s never too late to start building strength and working on your muscle mass. In fact, building muscle is one of the most important things you can do as you get older in order to increase your lifespan, healthspan, and resilience. Join personal trainer Maggie Loida for a special class to explore the foundations of strength training and learn how to program your own strength workouts in the future.
