Pop-Up Class: Dance for Your Well-Being

Put on your dancing shoes and let your body lead the way! Dance is a powerful way to build strength, boost cardiovascular health, improve coordination and neuroplasticity, prevent cognitive decline, and lift your mood. Join us for our monthly dance class with Amanda Chesnutt inspired by elements of contemporary, jazz, and ballet-style movement. No experience needed: these classes are friendly for individuals of all levels!

Sign up on the PALM app or contact reception at 314-801-8898 option 1. These classes are included for members who have unlimited Vitality Sessions. Members without these benefits can purchase a single class for $30, a 10-pack of classes for $225, or a 20-pack of classes for $375. Guests are welcome to join with a Class Experience Pass for $35.
