Dancing inspires physical, emotional and psychological health by integrating the body and mind. It has been scientifically proven to increase neurological connections and help reduce stress, one of the most significant causes of illness today. Dance has existed since time immemorial, shifting and reflecting cultural, psychological, and spiritual movements. Amanda enjoys helping others engage and participate in that legacy as well as creating it anew. She has worked with people of all ages and has experience teaching dance skills to ages 1-70+.
