Join us for a weekend workshop with Kevin Cloninger, PhD, PCC, Director of Well-Being Coaching at PALM Health. This workshop will focus on the importance of self-care and how it applies to helping us let go of stress. We will start by exploring the neuroscience, philosophy, and evolutionary history of the mind-body relationship. After, we will delve into the nature and science of thought and the psychophysiology of stress. In conjunction, we will learn and practice tools that can help you work on letting go of stress in your professional and personal lives, including physical exercises, relaxation techniques, and reflective exercises.
Cost is $200 for members // $250 for non-members.
