Dawn Fowler, LCSW, LCAC

With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, Dawn Fowler provides psychotherapy to adults with anxiety, depression, past traumatic experiences, life transitions, and women’s issues. Specially trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Informed Care, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dawn takes an integrative approach to therapy, employing all of these techniques and more. She believes that each person should be treated with respect and unconditional positive regard, and that the therapeutic relationship is crucial to helping clients achieve meaningful change. Dawn is passionate about helping others achieve their goals to become the best version of themselves in order to succeed in their lives and relationships.

Dawn is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) holding licenses in Florida, Indiana, and Missouri. She earned her Bachelors of Psychology and Masters of Social Work degrees at Southern Indiana University. She has worked in many settings during her career including outpatient, partial hospitalization (PHP), and residential treatment, as well as in both corporate and non-profit sectors.
