COUNSELOR AND WELL-BEING COACH

As a Well-Being Coach and counselor, Sarah provides a non-judgmental space where clients can learn about themselves. Her focus is on helping clients understand all aspects of themselves — their thoughts and emotions, their relationship with their bodies, and their deeper sense of purpose and meaning. Sarah’s approach is to help her clients identify their own goals and values, and then to accompany them as they adjust their lives to be more in line with those goals and values. She completed her undergraduate studies at Brown University in Rhode Island and her Graduate Studies at the Brown School of Social Work at Washington University. She is a Certified Well-Being Coach through the Anthropedia Institute.
