Pickleball Performance Essentials

Calling all current and aspiring pickleball players: this special pop-up class with sports performance trainer Andrew Tucker is for you! In this class, you’ll learn and practice an exercise program specific to pickleball, based around five movements that will help you improve strength, agility, and flexibility in the muscle groups used most in this sport.
Sign up on the PALM app or contact reception at 314-801-8898 option 1. These classes are included for members who have unlimited Vitality Sessions. Members without these benefits can purchase a single class for $30 or a 10-pack of classes for $200. Guests are welcome to join with a Class Experience Pass for $30.
