10 Fundamentals of Pilates

Join instructors Elsah Epstein and Lisa Moore as they guide you through the proper form of the ten key exercises of Pilates so you get the most out of your workouts and reduce your risk of injury. This workshop includes hands-on adjustments to ensure you engage the correct muscles and strengthen your deep core as intended.
