Balanced Living Program

The Balanced Living Program is a 12-week intensive program to help individuals lose weight, sustain their weight loss, and feel their best in mind and body. Participants are supported by a team of experts to guide their treatment and monitor their progress.

Program Key Elements

  • Support and Accountability: Nutritional support, weekly weigh-ins, and personalized meal planning during one-on-one visits with a Nurse Practitioner
  • Real Food: A food plan that incorporates whole, unprocessed foods and a Mediterranean diet with access to nutritious meals, beverages, and smoothies from the PALM Café
  • Personalization: Assessments including specialty labs as needed, as well as a Functional Fitness Assessment with body composition testing to evaluate the participant’s fitness level and customize their program
  • Movement: Daily exercise with access to unlimited fitness classes and personal training, as needed
  • Stress Reduction and Detox: Infrared sauna sessions and cryotherapy to improve detoxification and reduce stress

WEEK 1  |  ASSESSMENT
  • Intake and customization of the program with our program Nurse Practitioner and Functional Medicine Physician
  • Functional Fitness Assessment with Body Composition Analysis
  • Temperament and Character Inventory (TCI) Personality Assessment and Interpretation
  • Complete labs, if applicable
WEEKS 2-9 | INTENSIVE ENGAGEMENT
  • Weekly weigh-in (once per week) and meal planning visit with our program Nurse Practitioner
  • Check-ins with our program Nurse Practitioner (3 times per week via email, text, or phone call per the participant’s preference)
  • Trilogy (cryotherapy, infrared sauna or BioMat, salt room) (3 times per week)
  • Unlimited fitness classes (specific classes will be recommended for each participant)
  • Educational webinars on relevant topics (i.e., Setting SMART Goals; Full Body Detox; Stress and the Inner Dialogue)
  • Program Coordinator check-ins for scheduling
WEEKS 10-12 | TRANSITION
  • Program review and transition planning visit with our program Nurse Practitioner
  • Body Composition Analysis
  • Trilogy (cryotherapy, infrared sauna or BioMat, salt room) (3 times per week)
  • Unlimited fitness classes (specific classes will be recommended for each participant)
  • Meal plan for post-program
CUSTOM PROGRAM ENHANCEMENTS
  • Personal training, health coaching, cardiac coherence, acupuncture, biofeedback, Know Yourself workshop, specialty lab review and consultation
