Sign up for the Balanced Living Program in January and receive $200 off the cost of the program. The Balanced Living Program is a 12-week intensive program designed for people who want to lose a moderate amount of weight and keep it off, shed old habits and embrace new ones, and adopt healthy behaviors for long-term sustainable weight loss. Our program team works to develop a personalized plan for each individual by addressing nutrition, movement, and stress reduction. The program is $3,660 for non-members, and $2,650-$3,400 for members depending on membership level.
