SomaTraining is a unique method of injury prevention and optimal functioning developed by Guy Voyer, DO, a leading expert in the study of fascia. At PALM Health, we offer SomaTraining as a method of working with the fascia and connective tissue through assisted stretching techniques coupled with specific exercises to help individuals relieve pain and help athletes reach maximum performance. Your trainer, Liam Springer, will provide video or written exercise prescriptions and ongoing communication between sessions to enhance your function and conditioning.
