Our 4-week Resilience Program is designed specifically for individuals in search of mood enhancement, stress reduction, and a structured schedule to accompany their mental health, stress, and well-being goals. The program is customized by experts in mental health, combining somatic interventions such as physical fitness, acupuncture, biofeedback, massage, and wellness services. To maximize the benefits of your Resilience Program, we recommend incorporating other treatments such as psychotherapy, coaching, or outpatient treatment programs into your schedule.
We offer two versions of the 4-week Resilience Program: Essentials and Comprehensive. The Essentials Resilience Program is created for individuals who can commit to visit PALM approximately 3-4 days per week. The Comprehensive Resilience Program is intended for individuals who can commit to visit PALM approximately 4-6 days per week.
