It’s that time of year! Protect yourself from influenza this season with a flu shot from our clinic. All membership levels are welcome, as well as family members and children. The Flu Shot Clinic will be on a walk-in basis. Please bring your insurance card with you in order for us to bill your insurance. If you do not have insurance, self-pay pricing is available.

In this Lunch and Learn, Dr. Cynthia Kardesch will have a practical discussion about cannabidiol (CBD) oil, a natural remedy derived from the hemp plant that is used for a variety of common ailments. She will address how the oil works, who may benefit from it, who should avoid it, how to use it, possible side effects, and how to choose the right product based on individual needs.
