Both shy and experienced artists are invited to express themselves with color and texture while learning non-figurative painting. Art for Well-Being instructor Maria Ojascastro will teach you how to blend acrylic paint to create secondary and tertiary colors. Then she will challenge you to experiment with a palette knife, plastic fork, and aluminum foil to create a non-figurative painting inspired by the work of Amy Sillman. Enjoy 90 minutes of creativity to exercise your brain and boost your mood while receiving personalized instruction.
Art for Well-Being instructor Maria Ojascastro will introduce different artists, techniques, subjects, design concepts, or prompts to inspire your creativity several days prior to this virtual class.
