Back by popular demand! Amanda Chesnutt, CWC and Ashley Wiegand, PhD, LMFT, BCN will present an encore of their July seminar Developing Your Creativity. Ashley will introduce the neurobiology of creativity: what goes on in the brain when we are being creative and when we are not. Amanda will lead the group through a series of movement exercises that help build new pathways in the brain while discussing creativity in our daily lives.
Learn techniques to trust intuition in the creative process. In this art workshop, Art for Well-Being instructor Maria Ojascastro, MFA, will lead participants through a hands-on mixed media experience that transforms preprinted text, paint, and collage material into a vehicle for creative expression. Coffee, kombucha, tea, and wine will be available, along with some light snacks and refreshments.
