Back by popular demand! Amanda Chesnutt and Ashley Wiegand will present an encore of their March seminar Brain Aerobics. Ashley will introduce the neurobiology of creativity: what goes on in the brain when we are being creative and when we are not. Amanda will lead the group through a series of movement exercises that help build new pathways in the brain while discussing creativity in our daily lives.

Neurofeedback for Students

Students seeking to improve academic performance or students with ADHD can benefit from neurofeedback sessions, which help to improve focus, memory, and mental clarity, as well as reduce performance and test anxiety. This summer, PALM is offering a Neurofeedback Student Package for school performance and ADHD, which will be addressed in more detail at the seminar. Ashley Wiegand will be our main speaker.
