Is your child having problems with focus, attention, stress, anxiety, or school performance? PALM Health has a neurofeedback package specially designed to help children and families address these symptoms. Neurofeedback, or “brain training,” is a learning therapy that measures brainwaves, then provides performance-based feedback to improve various brain functions such as attention. The virtual package includes your choice of all-virtual sessions or a combination of in-person and virtual sessions, as well as two months of remote neurofeedback software and equipment rental.
The Trilogy, our ultimate wellness therapies package, combines the cryosauna, the thermal suite, and the Himalayan salt room to reset the body and jump-start detoxification. In this seminar, our Wellness Therapies Lead, Dr. Emily Guilfoy, will address the history, theory, and benefits of receiving this trifecta of rejuvenating services.
Students seeking to improve academic performance or students with ADHD can benefit from neurofeedback sessions, which help to improve focus, memory, and mental clarity. Ashley will also elaborate on the Neurofeedback Student Package offered at PALM Health this summer, for students seeking to improve their performance in school or manage their ADHD symptoms.
