Kevin Cloninger, PhD, PCC, will explore the neuroscience, philosophy, and evolutionary history of the mind-body relationship and delve into the nature and science of thought and the psychophysiology of stress. In conjunction, he will provide tools that can help individuals work on letting go of stress in their professional and personal lives, including physical exercises, relaxation techniques, and reflective exercises.
