Join yoga instructor Julie Funke in the Oak Room for a yoga workshop! Julie will teach yoga poses that are beneficial for women’s health, especially as women age. She will correct your posture as you go through each pose and will suggest alternate positions and adjustments to make if you have injuries or limitations. No matter if you’re just getting into yoga or if you’ve been doing it for a long time, this workshop is for you!

Mammography Screening

All PALM members ages 40 and older and their guests are invited to schedule a mammography screening with the Siteman Cancer Center Mammography Van, which will be parked in the PALM Health parking lot on April 15. The Siteman Cancer Center at Barnes-Jewish Hospital and Washington University School of Medicine offers mammograms at no cost to women who qualify. Funding is provided by Susan G. Komen® Missouri. The Mammography Van follows all CDC safety precautions regarding COVID-19 to ensure members stay safe.
