Ashley works from an integrative perspective based on her understanding of neurobiology, physiology, psychotherapy, and family systems. Her brain-based approach is uniquely systemic, combining biological and interpersonal dynamics in her application of neurofeedback. She utilizes qEEG technology to provide brain map evaluations, which detects underlying brainwave (EEG) bio-markers related to client concerns. Neurofeedback is then used to balance dysregulated areas. This holistic approach to wellness empowers an individual by facilitating improved self-regulation to move towards lasting change and growth. Ashley is licensed in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) and is board-certified in Neurofeedback through the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance (BCIA). She is currently completing her doctoral degree at Saint Louis University.
