NAVIGATOR AND CLIENT ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Lauren is a PALM Navigator and Coach at PALM Health. She is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and earned a Master of Health Administration degree from Penn State University. She is also a certified Well-Being Coach through the Anthropedia Foundation. Lauren is committed to empowering people through mind and body to maximize health and happiness. She is a former NCAA All-American swimmer at Indiana University and two-time U.S. Olympic Swimming Trial competitor. Lauren values teamwork, determination, self-love, and compassion in helping others achieve their fullest potential.
