“I have suffered from consistent headaches and lower back pain for years. Ashley is amazing and has been a tremendous blessing to me. She has helped me in so many ways (physical therapy, pain management, and corrective movement). Life-changing.”

“I have nothing but good things to say about Ashley Kumar. I started seeing her last fall for intense, constant hip pain. The first physical therapist I saw told me I should get cortisone shots in my hips if I didn’t get any better. Not Ashley: she knew that muscle weaknesses and imbalances were causing my pain. I am grateful to report that after months of doing the exercises that Ashley has given me, I am now pain-free and have returned stronger and healthier to my normal running and walking activities, without any cortisone shots. I continue to train with Ashley because there is no one else like her. Thank you, Ashley, for doing what you do!”
