These classes are included for members who have unlimited Vitality Sessions. Members without these benefits can purchase a single class for $30 or a 10-pack of classes for $200. Group Classes

Beginner Flow: This introduction to flow class will incorporate a series of poses to help lift your body, mind, and spirit. This class will help you enhance strength and balance, restore energy, and let go of stress.

Cardio Cycle: Pump it up on stationary bikes with this high-intensity, low-impact, calorie-burning class geared to push you to improve cardiovascular conditioning while having fun.

Cardio and Strength Interval Training: Increase your aerobic capacity and tone your body as you alternate between strength exercises and cardio in this upbeat interval class.

Cycle and Core: This class combines indoor cycling and mat exercises to help tone and strengthen the core.

Flow: This flow class begins with an active practice. After working on strength and balance, the flow will become restorative, thus helping to rebuild the muscles you worked.

Full Body Sculpt: Work the whole body in this full-body sculpting class. The use of props will offer a variety of exercises aimed at working everything, from the core to the limbs.

Gentle Flow: This class focuses on using movement as a pathway to harmonizing the mind, body, and spirit. It incorporates elements of gentle stretching, posture work, body awareness, mobility, and coordination to help you mindfully explore yourself and your body’s capabilities.

HIIT and Core: Engage in this High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class using full body exercises with an additional focus on core strength at the end of class. This training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

Kinesis, Cardio, and Strength Interval Training: Increase your aerobic capacity and tone your body as you alternate between strength equipment and cardio equipment in this upbeat interval class. This class takes place in the fitness center using the kinesis equipment.

Meditation: Our meditation classes rotate through various practices that focus on intentional meditation, mindfulness, and contemplative approaches. Our techniques will allow you to calm the tensions and struggles in your thoughts, become more aware of your senses and surroundings, and help you to experience an increased sense of well-being.

Neuroplasticity: This class uses rhythm and coordination exercises to bilaterally activate and stimulate the brain’s natural ability to form new connections which promotes creativity and helps people adapt to changes in one’s environment and physical condition.

Pilates Mat: Optimize flexibility, balance, and alignment with core-strengthening Pilates exercises. This no-impact class is a great way to work on the stabilizer muscles that carry us through the day.

Power Flow: This class’ smooth, continuous flow deepens breathing and increases endurance. Power flow is best if you are already physically active, comfortable with the basic vinyasa postures, and appreciate a healthy sweat.

Restorative Yin Flow: Stretch and lengthen your body’s deep connective tissues while tuning into your thoughts in this restorative yin yoga class.

Total Body Strength: Set up similar to a training session, this class will incorporate traditional weight room exercises with fewer reps that will increase strength while using a variety of equipment. The class will finish with core work and stretching to complete the total body workout.

Enrichment and Seminars

Webinars: These virtual Zoom webinars with our physicians and wellness providers address current topics and issues in health, ranging from immune health to the gut microbiome, from skin care to nutrition. Free for members and non-members. For those who cannot attend live, the recording is posted on our YouTube channel after each webinar (

Art Class: Express your inner artist once a month in a Saturday afternoon art class with artist Maria Ojascastro. Whether you are an experienced artist or a complete beginner, these classes will help you explore your creative side and develop your artistic skill.

Fitness Class Events: Join us for pop-up fitness class events throughout the year such as ELDOA, Box & Flow, Golfing Techniques, Pelvic Floor Strengthening, and more. These class events provide an atmosphere of community and fun for both members and non-members.
