Stretch for Golfers

Julie Funke will lead a stretching class for golfers on select Sunday afternoons this summer. Flexibility stretches in golf are essential to prevent injury and improve golf performance, as well as when recovering from injuries. $22 per class, for members (free for Lifestyle and Total Advantage members). Developing Your Creativity

Back by popular demand! Amanda Chesnutt and Ashley Wiegand will present an encore of their March seminar Brain Aerobics. Ashley will introduce the neurobiology of creativity: what goes on in the brain when we are being creative and when we are not.
