PERSONAL TRAINER
Maggie strives to help her clients feel more balanced and supported both physically and mentally through intentional movement. She is especially skilled in working with women and individuals looking to improve their body composition or build and retain muscle while using GLP-1 medications. A runner herself, Maggie also draws on her background and additional training in corrective exercise to help clients prevent and recover from injury.
