VIRTUAL NUTRITIONIST AND WELL-BEING COACH
Christina is a nutritionist and certified health and well-being coach seeking to help individuals grow in awareness of their blockages and take action toward change. Holding degrees in Clinical Nutrition and Public Health from New York University and a certification as an Anthropedia Well-Being Coach, Christina has almost a decade of nutrition coaching and meal planning experience in independent practice and in partnership with CrossFit gyms and small businesses. Christina loves working with diverse groups of clients, from young athletes seeking to optimize performance to adults looking to improve daily nutrition habits and optimize health.
Beyond coaching individual clients in nutrition and well-being, Christina serves as the Program Coordinator for the Balanced Living Program and the Medical Weight Loss Program at PALM Health. She also volunteers for the Anthropedia Foundation by providing coaching to public school staff members experiencing burnout. In addition to her nutrition and coaching background, Christina also holds degrees in Environmental Science and Classical Music Performance, as well as a certification as a Lagree Fitness Instructor, which help shape her multidisciplinary perspective on health and wellness.
Personally, Christina loves coffee, hiking or relaxing in nature, her pets, Ember and Meadow, meditation and self-reflection, and the music and culture of the 1970s.
