Janine is a PALM Navigator and Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach who received her health coach training through the Institute of Functional Medicine. She is passionate about applying a personalized approach with PALM members that aligns with their values to promote health and enhance well-being. Janine enjoys supporting members as they gradually introduce healthy habits and living practices specific to their body and lifestyle to take control of their health. Janine is also a Physical Therapist with a Masters in Business Administration and was involved in managing rehab departments prior to joining the PALM team.
