Jessica seeks to help members engage meaningfully in the pursuit of greater health and personal well-being by exploring PALM’s multifaceted approach to whole-person care. She is interested in the role that thoughts and emotions play in behavior and movement. As a Mind-Body Movement instructor, she enjoys designing her classes around integrating, challenging, and deepening the mind-body connection. Jessica is a Certified Well-Being Coach through the Anthropedia Foundation and a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She studied body awakening at Studios Actuels de la Danse in Vallauris, France, and dances Argentine tango and swing dancing.
