Maggie has experience training clients of all ages and abilities, individualizing each program to reach specific goals. She holds a BS in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology and a Personal Training Certification through the American College of Sports Medicine. Her own personal interests include running, cooking, road tripping, and reading.
