Nicole Nowotny

In both her professional and personal life, Nicole strives to help people prevent disease, promote health, and cultivate well-being. After a close family member was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease, Nicole’s interest in functional medicine grew, and she developed a passion for helping people address the needs of the mind, body, and spirit. Nicole has over 15 years of experience in the health, wellness, and fitness industries. She studied dance at The Boston Conservatory and was a former personal trainer and speaker at the International Health, Racquet, and Sportsclub Association (IHRSA). Nicole also has experience in the arts, hospitality, interior design, real estate, construction, and nonprofit organizations. Nicole’s passion and skills, combined with her focus on creating long-term relationships, enable her to excel at listening to a client’s needs and requirements and providing excellent customer service.
