Pop-Up Class: Pilates on a Roll

Core strength meets dynamic stability in this energizing pop-up class, which takes classic Pilates principles and gives them a fresh challenge with a foam roller as your prop. Led by instructor Lisa Moore, you’ll activate deep core muscles, improve alignment, increase body awareness, and build strength through focused, intentional movement. Perfect for all skill levels, this class will leave you feeling stronger, more stable, and ready to roll.

Members without these benefits can purchase a single class for $30, a 10-pack of classes for $225, or a 20-pack of classes for $375. Members are welcome to bring guests with a Guest Vitality Pass.
