Elsah Epstein, MA, PLPC, CWC

COUNSELOR AND WELL-BEING COACH

Elsah Epstein is a counselor who helps people of all ages feel more grounded, understood, and capable of meaningful change. She earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University and brings a warm, collaborative, and practical style to her work, while also making space for deeper insight and reflection. Elsah supports adult and adolescent clients with a wide range of concerns, from mild-to-moderate anxiety or depression to recovery from acute events and complex trauma. In sessions, Elsah helps clients put language to their experiences, recognize recurring emotional or relationship patterns, and understand the connections between stress, thoughts, feelings, and behavior. From there, clients develop healthier ways of coping and responding that make life feel less overwhelming and more authentic.

In addition to her clinical training, Elsah is a Certified Well-Being Coach through Anthropedia, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and a Certified Pilates Instructor. She often integrates coaching and psychoeducation into therapy by helping clients understand how the mind and body respond to stress and by offering tools that support regulation, self-awareness, and steadier daily routines. Coaching may also be a stand-alone focus for individuals seeking positive change, deeper self-understanding, and a greater sense of meaning and purpose.
