PERSONAL TRAINER
Jessica Dycus is a personal trainer and group fitness instructor who helps clients build long-term strength, mobility, resilience, and confidence. Drawing on her background as a Certified Well-Being Coach through the Anthropedia Foundation, Jessica integrates mind-body principles into her training approach—recognizing that movement is influenced not only by muscles and joints, but also by posture, breath, stress, and emotional well-being. Her sessions emphasize functionality, body awareness, and mindfulness. Jessica also studied Body Awakening at Studios Actuels de la Danse in Vallauris, France, an experience that continues to shape her holistic approach to movement.
Open to working with people of all ages and abilities, Jessica tailors sessions to meet each person where they are. Through supportive, individualized guidance, she helps clients understand their bodies more deeply and develop practical habits that improve how they feel, move, and live every day.
