With more than a decade of experience in higher education, professional development, and coaching, Mary Druyvesteyn, PhD, has made a career of exploring healthy modes of communication, moderating interpersonal relationships, and pursuing the happy life. The Director of the Department of People and Culture, Mary is also a well-being coach and a meditation instructor. Mary’s depth of experience allows her to excel in talent acquisition and development. She works with individuals in small groups and takes a hands-on approach to building teams and cultivating a culture of professionalism, well-being, and satisfaction for employees. Mary also teaches meditation classes at PALM that focus on breathing, mindfulness, decreasing anxiety, and deepening a natural connection to the world. Her approach allows individuals to calm the tensions and struggles in their thoughts, helping them to experience an increased sense of well-being.
