Help young adults find strength, direction, and connection

Join us for an inspiring evening exploring the mental health challenges facing young adults and the people and programs helping them move forward. Hear from local leaders and former participants about how connection, support, and the right resources can help young adults build resilience, direction, and hope.

Following the presentations, attendees will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations with experts in mental health and wellness, ask questions, and connect with others passionate about making a difference. Beverages and hors d’oeuvres will be served.

Anthropedia

Anthropedia, PALM Health’s nonprofit partner, has spent more than two decades developing practical resources rooted in research on personality and well-being from the Anthropedia Institute, led by psychiatrist and researcher C. Robert Cloninger, MD, PhD. Its Well-Being Coach Certification Program has brought this work to students across the United States and internationally. Anthropedia now draws on the same foundation in immersive programs that combine learning, reflection, restorative experiences, and human connection. One of those programs, Bright Horizons, brings this approach to young adults, giving them space to explore their strengths, values, relationships, and direction.

Ben’s Bright Horizons Foundation

Founded in memory of Ben Stratford, Ben’s Bright Horizons Foundation works to make mental health support more accessible to young adults. The foundation helps remove financial barriers to care, encourages open conversations about mental health, and supports programs that foster connection and growth. Its partnership with Anthropedia helps fund the Bright Horizons Program and expand access for young adults who might otherwise be unable to participate.
