Lululemon Pop-up Shop
AtriumJust in time for Father’s Day! Attend a lululemon exclusive shopping opportunity here at PALM Health, featuring items from their men’s collection. Find gifts and athletic wear for the fathers in your life that are stylish yet comfortable. Ladies, don’t worry... we have not forgotten about you! Lululemon will also be featuring some items from their women’s collection, so you can treat yourself as you splurge on the men in your life.
Sip ‘n Greeting Cards
CaféCome create artwork that can be shared with others! In this art workshop, Art for Well-Being instructor Maria Ojascastro will teach participants to design and carve their own linoleum block prints to create handmade greeting cards and gift bags. Participants will connect emotion with creativity to express gratitude, sympathy, friendship, and more through artistically crafted hand-printed images. Kombucha, tea, and wine will be available, along with light snacks and refreshments.
Holiday Pop-Up Shop
AtriumSpread the good cheer with holiday gifts that support a good cause. Come to the atrium for a pop-up shop benefiting the Anthropedia Foundation, PALM Health’s nonprofit partner. Designers will include Rungolee, Collections by Joya, BeautyCounter, Weniki Co. Fine Jewelry, Blooming Buckets, Eminence Organics, Phytomer, and others.
Succulent Planting
Oak RoomInstead of candy hearts and paper valentines, give your friends and loved ones a succulent this Valentine’s Day! In this workshop, learn how to plant and care for a succulent arrangement with Laura Dooley of LoKey Designs. Laura will take participants through the step-by-step process of choosing a succulent, handling and planting it, decorating it with natural materials, and watering it. Participants will receive one succulent or cactus of their choosing (additional plants may be purchased for $5 each), a container, planting materials, and care instructions to take home. Light refreshments will be provided.

Come to the PALM atrium to shop the newest arrivals from AUDRA, a St. Louis-based women’s luxury fashion brand. Mingle and be custom-fitted by owner and creative director Audra Noyes. AUDRA creates effortless, alluring clothing that balances fashion and function for your dynamic lifestyle. Each piece is made in New York City at women-owned factories and is produced in limited quantities to ensure their customers receive the highest quality clothing.
Cardio and Strength Interval Training Class Event
Join us in the Oak Room for a pop-up Cardio and Strength Interval Training class with Maggie Loida, certified personal trainer. This pop-up class event will include a raffle, special surprise giveaways, participant gifts, energizing music, and an atmosphere of community and fun. Class size is limited to 10 participants, so sign up soon!
