Heath has been leading group fitness classes for over ten years. Over this time he has learned to incorporate different aspects of fitness training such as HIIT, dynamic strength training, and boxing to deliver classes that are diverse and challenging for all ability levels. He has certifications through NASM that include Behavior Change, Corrective Exercise, and Performance Enhancement. He is also TRX certified and has a Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate through E-Cornell. Heath received his undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and his master’s degree from Rockhurst University.
