- 1/2 cup cooked old fashioned or steel cut oatmeal
- 1/4 cup cooked and mashed sweet potato
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 to 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 1 tbsp chopped pecans
Cook oats according to brand instructions.
- Stir in sweet potato, chia seeds, ground flax, maple syrup, and spices.
- Top with chopped pecans.
