Schedule
WEEK 1 | ASSESSMENT
- Intake and customization of the program with our program Nurse Practitioner and Functional Medicine Physician
- Functional Fitness Assessment with Body Composition Analysis
- Temperament and Character Inventory (TCI) Personality Assessment and Interpretation
- Complete labs, if applicable
WEEKS 2-9 | INTENSIVE ENGAGEMENT
- Weekly weigh-in (once per week) and meal planning visit with our program Nurse Practitioner
- Check-ins with our program Nurse Practitioner (3 times per week via email, text, or phone call per the participant’s preference)
- Trilogy (cryotherapy, infrared sauna or BioMat, salt room) (3 times per week)
- Unlimited fitness classes (specific classes will be recommended for each participant)
- Educational webinars on relevant topics (i.e., Setting SMART Goals; Full Body Detox; Stress and the Inner Dialogue)
- Program Coordinator check-ins for scheduling
WEEKS 10-12 | TRANSITION
- Program review and transition planning visit with our program Nurse Practitioner
- Body Composition Analysis
- Trilogy (cryotherapy, infrared sauna or BioMat, salt room) (3 times per week)
- Unlimited fitness classes (specific classes will be recommended for each participant)
- Meal plan for post-program
CUSTOM PROGRAM ENHANCEMENTS
- Personal training, health coaching, cardiac coherence, acupuncture, biofeedback, Know Yourself workshop, specialty lab review and consultation
