A portion of all proceeds will go to the Anthropedia Foundation to support their programs and the work they do in the community. Social Dance Fundamentals
Oak RoomWith holiday parties just around the corner, get comfortable on the dance floor! This two-session social dance workshop series, Rhythm and Moves, is designed to build confidence and creativity so you can dance with a partner to any kind of music. No experience is necessary. Leather or felt-soled shoes are recommended. No high heels, please, to protect the beautiful Oak Room wood floor.

AtriumGet in some shopping before the holidays with exclusive designer clothing and accessories! Come to the PALM Health atrium for a trunk show featuring the collections of Saint Louis Fashion Fund designers AUDRA, Lux & Nyx, lizaB, Hats by Di-Anne, korédé, and Michael Drummond, as well as local jewelry designer, Collections by Joya.
Sip ‘n Greeting Cards
CaféCome create artwork that can be shared with others! In this art workshop, Art for Well-Being instructor Maria Ojascastro will teach participants to design and carve their own linoleum block prints to create handmade greeting cards and gift bags. Participants will connect emotion with creativity to express gratitude, sympathy, friendship, and more through artistically crafted hand-printed images. Kombucha, tea, and wine will be available, along with light snacks and refreshments.

Art Class: Holiday Cards
In this festive art class with Maria Ojascastro, participants will explore mono-print and collaging techniques to create unique holiday cards, just in time for the holiday season. Colorful and textured papers will be provided, but participants can feel free to bring any special objects, papers, or fabric they would like to use.

Lunch & Learn: Personal Fulfillment
Join Drs. Kevin Cloninger and Lauren Dal Farra for lunch from the PALM Café and a workshop on how to prevent and manage stress and burnout. They will discuss the best path to break away from burnout and the many exhaustions of life. Registrations and donations can be made at anthropedia.org/lunch-and-learn. All funds go directly to support Anthropedia.
Art Class: Watercolor Cards
Put a little love in your heart! In this art class with artist Maria Ojascastro, you’ll experiment with watercolor to make thank you cards, Valentine’s Day cards, and more. Both novice and experienced artists will enjoy 90 minutes of creativity in this afternoon art class.
