Ashley is a Physical Therapist who specializes in injury prevention, blending the gap between rehab and working out. She teaches clients how to move often and move well through proper body mechanics and alignment. Her specialties include orthopedic injuries, postpartum care, running injuries, and body alignment through postural awareness. She is a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) through Maitland Physiotherapy Seminars, and uses Graston Technique, Kinesio Tape, and Active Release Therapy to improve her outcomes with clients. Her goals are to help people stay fit, active, and mobile by offering a highly personalized approach. Ashley is a wellness advocate for her clients and lives that out in her daily life as well. She teaches stress management techniques and puts emphasis on the importance of the use of the patient’s diaphragm to heal many aspects of chronic pain and dysfunction. She graduated from Missouri State University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
