As a Navigator and Client Engagement Specialist at PALM Health, Bradi enjoys meeting new members and ensuring the company standard of excellence in client service. Bradi holds a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management and a minor in Public Relations from Webster University. She is also a Certified Dementia Specialist through the Alzheimer’s Association. Bradi is committed to impacting positive change in the lives of others by meeting individuals where they are in their health journey. Her passions involve advocating for client care and mentorship.
