Cindy Vickers is a Certified Personal Trainer and Registered Yoga Teacher who brings a thoughtful, biomechanics-informed approach to helping clients improve strength, flexibility, and overall movement quality. She holds certifications through the Yoga Alliance, the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI), and as a Corrective Exercise Specialist, equipping her to work with clients across a wide range of goals and physical needs.

At PALM Health, Cindy works with individuals of all fitness levels, with a special passion for helping women with pelvic floor training and older athletes with performance training. Her training philosophy emphasizes the importance of balanced strength, mobility, and corrective movement, and she firmly believes it’s never too late to move with ease, feel great, and enjoy a life without physical limitations—regardless of age.
