Kelly brings her experience as a Division 1 college athlete to her classes and creates physically challenging sessions that encourages each participant to reach deep and achieve his or her full potential. Her love of sports and her long soccer career developed into a passion for fitness as well as sports nutrition. Kelly received her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Iowa State University and a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Sports Performance from Saint Louis University. During her Master’s program, Kelly also became an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist and Certified Spinning Instructor and has been teaching ever since. Kelly hopes not only to inspire the inner athlete inside of everyone, but also to emphasize the importance of healthy eating and overall wellness.
