PERSONAL TRAINER AND SOMA THERAPIST
Liam Springer is a Certified Personal Trainer with a deep and multidisciplinary background in corrective exercise, body mechanics, holistic health, and psychosocial well-being. He is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) through PTA Global and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and he holds advanced credentials through the CHEK Institute as a Level 2 C.H.E.K. Practitioner and accredited exercise therapist. Liam designs highly individualized corrective exercise programs tailored to support physical function, movement efficiency, and long-term vitality.
Liam has studied osteopathic manual and exercise therapy under Guy Voyer, DO, the internationally renowned founder of the ELDOA Method, and is certified as both a Soma Trainer and Soma Therapist. He has consulted with hundreds of clients in the U.S. and internationally and is a D.O. Candidate (2020) in Canada and Europe. Additionally, Liam completed the Anthropedia Well-Being Coach Training Program, integrating principles of mental and emotional well-being into his physical training work. His approach reflects a commitment to optimizing health across both body and mind.
