Olivia helps each of her clients move in a way that is functional to their lifestyle. She encourages all humans to find a form of exercise that they look forward to doing so they can reap the benefits of feeling healthier mentally, physically, and emotionally. Olivia has trained clients for years in Pilates, barre, TRX, and personal training. She has always loved movement, but her passion to help others really began in college in the Exercise Science program. She continues to educate herself in the ever-evolving world of fitness so she can best serve clients and their well-being.
