We are pleased to announce we are now offering NAD+ and B12 Injection Therapy at PALM Health.
Intravenous (IV) or intramuscular (IM) injections are better absorbed by the body than oral supplements, since they bypass the GI tract and go directly into the bloodstream. NAD+ injections may be recommended for those with aging concerns, mold toxicity, inflammatory disorders, and neurodegenerative disorders, among other issues. Vitamin B12 is beneficial in maintaining the health of the nervous system, improving metabolism, helping against anxiety and depression, increasing red blood cells and strengthening the immune system, promoting healthier hair, skin, and nails.
The cost of 25mg NAD+ injections is $45 each; 50mg NAD+ injections are $65 each; and B12 injections are $35 each. Dosing and frequency of these injections will be determined by your PALM medical provider or during an IV and Injection Consult.
