In this pop-up class event, personal trainer Brent Haddock will take you through 30 minutes of HIIT-style aerobic and strength training exercises and 30 minutes of stretching. These foundational movements form the building blocks of a balanced exercise routine.

This class will give you a taste of our Balanced Living Program for healthy and sustainable weight management (receive $200 off when you sign up in January). This class is the same as the previous Saturday (January 7).

Sign up on the PALM app or contact reception at 314-801-8898 option 1. These classes are included for members who have unlimited Vitality Sessions. Members without these benefits can purchase a single class for $30, a 10-pack of classes for $200, or 1 month unlimited for $99/month. Guests are welcome to join with a Class Experience Pass for $30.
