The philosopher Montaigne said, “I say and do in harmony.” The more we bring our body, mind, and spirit into harmony with one another, the greater freedom we have to overcome our limitations. One way we can move towards this harmony is through mindful physical movement. In this Body Awakening class, instructor Jessica Dycus will guide you through a combination of gentle awareness, flexibility, and coordination exercises that will help you experience your body’s capabilities in a new light, challenge you to move outside of your comfort zone, and expand your perspective on how you walk through the world.
